House cleaning questions from Houston homes, answered

Do I have to be home?
No, and most of our recurring clients are not. Tell us how you would like us to get in, a key, a code, a neighbour, and we will follow it exactly and lock up the same way.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment come with the crew, so there is nothing for you to buy or keep stocked. If you would rather we used something specific on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.
What is the difference between a regular and a deep clean?
A regular clean holds a house at the standard it is already at. A deep clean moves it there: baseboards done by hand, blinds and interior windowpanes cleaned, tile and grout scrubbed, hood vents degreased, walls spot-cleaned and closets vacuumed. Most homes start with one deep clean and then go onto a regular schedule.
Do you shampoo carpets or wash walls?
No. We vacuum carpets thoroughly and we spot-clean marks on walls within reach, but carpet shampooing and full wall washing are separate trades with separate equipment. We would rather tell you that than do either of them badly.
How often should I book?
Most families with children or pets land on every two weeks. A tidy household is often fine every four. Weekly is worth it if you host a lot or somebody has allergies.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us and we come back to it. That is the whole of the policy. There is nothing to claim and no form to fill in.
Are your cleaners insured and checked?
Yes. The business is fully insured and every cleaner is background-checked before they set foot in a customer's home.
Which areas of Houston do you cover?
The south and west side: Sugar Land, Pearland, Manvel, Missouri City, Bellaire, Friendswood, Rosharon and the inner loop (West University, the Heights, Rice Military and the Galleria), out as far as League City to the south and Katy and Cypress to the west. We are based on Almeda Rd in south Houston. If you are close to that list but not on it, ask.
