Will you throw things away?
Never without you. We will make a pile for you to decide on and put everything else back.
Do you supply the baskets and organisers?
No, we work with what you have. If you want to buy organisers, we will tell you what would actually help before you spend anything.
Do I need to be there?
For a closet, it helps. Decisions about what stays are yours, and they are quicker to make on the spot than from a pile afterwards. If you cannot be, tell us the rules and we will follow them.
Can you do the pantry, or the shelves in the garage?
The pantry, yes, scoped as its own room. Garage shelving is a different kind of job. Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on in your house.
How long does a closet take?
A main walk-in is usually a room's worth of time on its own, which is how it is scoped. Describe the closet when you ask for a quote and we will say.
