Sugar Land is where most of our recurring schedule sits, and it is the first place the intake named when we asked where the business wanted to grow. We clean in the master-planned communities on both sides of US 59: First Colony, Sugar Creek and Sweetwater to the east, Telfair and New Territory around the middle, Riverstone and Greatwood further out. The housing here runs large. Four and five bedroom homes with three or four bathrooms are the norm in Telfair and Riverstone, and that is the shape of house our checklist was written for: kitchens and bathrooms first, then every room, every visit.

Getting to Sugar Land from our office

We are based on Almeda Rd in south Houston, so Sugar Land is a run west along Beltway 8 or US 90A, roughly half an hour depending on the time of day. It is close enough that we can usually offer a choice of mornings rather than the one slot left. If you want the same morning every two weeks, ask. It is easier to hold here than almost anywhere else we cover.
