What's included in deep cleaning
The checklist the crew works to on every deep cleaning visit. Supplies and equipment come with us.
- Hand-detailed baseboards throughout
- Windowpanes and blinds cleaned, interior
- Tile and grout cleaning in bathrooms
- Range hood vents degreased
- Walls spot-cleaned within reach
- Shower and tub scrubbed to the grout line
- Inside closets vacuumed, under reachable furniture
What makes it deep
A regular clean keeps a house at the standard it is already at. A deep clean moves it. The difference is time and reach: baseboards done by hand rather than passed over, blinds cleaned slat by slat, the grout line in the shower scrubbed instead of wiped, the hood vents over the stove degreased, the closet floors vacuumed, and the reachable furniture cleaned under as well as around.
It is the clean most Houston homes need before anything else, which is why it is our most requested first visit from Sugar Land to the Heights.
When to book one
Before you start a recurring schedule. Before people come to stay. After a renovation, once the dust has settled. And once or twice a year on top of regular service, because a few things, grout, blinds, baseboards, the tops of things, accumulate on a slower clock than a fortnightly visit resets. In this climate the bathroom is usually the room that tells you it is time.
How long it takes
Longer than you expect, which is the point. A three-bedroom home is usually a full morning for a small crew, and the five-bedroom houses in Manvel and Katy can be most of a day. We would rather tell you the time it honestly takes than turn up with two hours booked and leave you with the half of it we managed.
Who books deep cleaning
This clean is for you if…
- you are about to start a recurring schedule and want the house reset first
- people are coming to stay and the guest bathroom has to look new, not wiped
- a renovation has finished and the dust has settled on everything
- it has been a while, and the baseboards and the grout are telling you so
What you get from a deep cleaning visit
-
The slow-clock things get done
Baseboards by hand, blinds slat by slat, the grout line scrubbed, the hood vents degreased. The things a two-hour visit cannot reach.
-
A standard the next clean can hold
A maintenance clean keeps a house where it is. Starting from a reset is what makes every recurring visit after it quick and consistent.
-
An honest amount of time
A three-bedroom home is usually a full morning for a small crew. We plan the hours it actually takes rather than leaving with half the list done.

Get a Free QuoteHow to get started with deep cleaning
Four steps, and none of them is a sales visit.
-
You tell us the home
Bedrooms, bathrooms, which clean you want and where you are. That is enough to plan it, so there is nothing to work out on a visit.
-
You get the plan in writing
Which clean, which add-ons, and when. Nothing changes on the day and nothing is added after the fact.
-
We clean to the checklist
The same list every visit, so the third clean is as thorough as the first. Supplies and equipment come with the crew.
-
You tell us if anything is off
If something was missed, say so and we come back to it. That is the whole of the policy.

Questions about deep cleaning
Do I need a deep clean before recurring cleaning?
Not compulsory, but it is what almost everyone does and it makes every visit afterwards better. A maintenance clean is designed to hold a standard, not to reach one.
Do you clean walls?
We spot-clean marks within reach as part of a deep clean. Full wall washing is a different trade and not something we take on.
Should I tidy up before you arrive?
Clearing surfaces and floors helps, because we clean surfaces rather than sort what is on them. You do not need to clean before the cleaners. That is the whole point of booking one.
Do you move furniture?
We clean under and behind the furniture we can reach and move the light pieces. Beds, sofas and anything heavy stay where they are, for your floors and our backs.
How often should a Houston home have a deep clean?
Once or twice a year on top of a regular schedule, for most homes. In this climate the bathroom is usually the first room to tell you it is due.
Ready for a house that feels looked after?
