One company, four kinds of clean
Almost everything we do is residential, across Sugar Land, Pearland, Missouri City and the rest of Houston's south and west side, and it comes in four shapes. A Refresh is the maintenance clean that holds a house at its standard. A Signature deep clean moves it there in the first place. A Moving clean is for an empty house being handed over. And a one-time clean is any of those bought once, with no schedule attached.
Everything else on this site, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, baseboards, closets, laundry, is either part of one of those or an add-on to it.
What is not included, honestly
We do not shampoo or steam carpets, and we do not wash walls. Those are separate trades with separate equipment, and doing them badly as a side-line would not serve you. We also do not go above ground-floor level on exterior windows.

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and which clean you want. That is the whole of it. We confirm the plan in writing from the quote form. No walkthrough, no sales visit, and the same crew whether you are in Bellaire or out in Katy.

Questions about residential cleaning
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, supplies and equipment come with the crew. If you would prefer we use a specific product on a specific surface, leave it out and tell us.
Do you shampoo carpets?
No. We vacuum thoroughly, but carpet shampooing and steam cleaning are a separate trade and not something we offer.
What if something is missed?
Tell us and we come back to it. That is the whole of the policy.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 3pm. A weekend clean is a normal booking, not a favour.
Where are you based?
10920 Almeda Rd, Suite 200, in south Houston near Highway 288. Crews go out from there to Sugar Land, Pearland, Missouri City, Bellaire and the rest of the south and west side.
Do I need a walkthrough before a quote?
No. Bedrooms, bathrooms and which clean you want is enough for a plan in writing. If the house is unusual, say so on the form and we will ask before we send a crew.
