The clean a walkthrough is judged on
A move-out clean is not a tidier version of a normal clean. It is judged by somebody standing in an empty room looking for reasons to hold back a deposit, and the places they look are the ones nobody cleans while they live there: the inside of the oven, the top of the cabinets, the tracks of the sliding door, the corner of the closet. Houston rentals from the Heights to Sugar Land are inspected the same way.
So this clean covers everything a Signature deep clean covers, and then the insides: cabinets and drawers emptied and wiped, fridge and freezer done properly, oven degreased, windows cleaned from inside, and the garage, patio and laundry areas swept out.
Moving in
It runs the same way in the other direction. Before your furniture arrives is the only time a house is genuinely easy to clean properly, and it is the only chance you get to know that the shelves your plates are going on were cleaned by somebody who was not in a hurry. In the newer sections of Pearland, Manvel and Rosharon a lot of our move-in work is on brand-new builds still carrying construction dust.
What we need from you
The home empty, and the utilities on. We need water and power. If furniture is still in place, tell us and we will plan it as a deep clean instead, because a room with a sofa in it is a different job.

Questions about move-in & move-out cleaning
Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard a landlord inspection expects, including the insides of appliances and cabinets. We cannot promise what your landlord will decide, but we can tell you exactly what we cleaned.
Can you come the same day as the movers?
Better the day after, once the house is genuinely empty. Cleaning around a moving crew means cleaning some rooms twice.
Do you do carpets?
We vacuum thoroughly, but we do not shampoo or steam carpets. If yours need that, get a carpet specialist in first and we will clean around their schedule.
What if the utilities have already been cut off?
Then we cannot do the clean properly. We need running water and power for the whole visit, so book it for before the final meter reading rather than after.
Do you clean the garage and patio?
Yes, both are swept out as part of a Moving clean, along with the laundry area. Oil stains on a garage floor and anything that needs pressure washing are outside what we do.
How far ahead should I book a move-out clean?
As soon as you have the moving date. The day after the movers is the slot to aim for, and the end of the month fills first. If you are tight on time, call rather than use the form.
