How Elevate Cleaning Impression handles the information you send us through this website. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form on this site we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in, the service and city you choose, the size of your home and how often you would like it cleaned, the message you write, and any photographs or PDF files you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we do not collect anything about you unless you choose to send it.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. We use your phone number and email address to reply and arrange the work, and the details of your home to plan the clean properly. That is the only reason any of it is asked for.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Where it goes
A submitted form does two things. It is saved as a record in our content system, which is hosted by Sanity, and it is emailed to us through Google Workspace. Any files you attach are stored alongside the record in Sanity and attached to that email.
The form is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare receives the technical signals it needs for that check; it does not receive the contents of your message.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as any web host does.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as they are useful for serving you, typically while you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can look up past work on your home. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, this section will be updated to say so before they go live.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
