The Houston problem
Nine months of heat and humidity turn a wheelie bin into something you can smell from the driveway, and rinsing it with a hose moves the problem rather than solving it. Bins need washing out, scrubbing and deodorising, including the lid and the handle, which is the part everybody touches and nobody cleans. A Cypress or Pearland driveway in August makes the case by itself.
When to have it done
On collection day, while the bin is empty. Two or three times through the summer keeps it from ever getting bad; once a year in October is mostly damage control.

Easiest as an add-on to a clean you already have booked, anywhere in our service area. We will also do it on its own. Mention it on the quote form and we will plan it with whatever else you need.

Do you need water and power?
An outside tap is all we need.
How often should bins be cleaned?
In this climate, two or three times over the summer is about right for a trash bin. Recycling bins can go longer.
Does it have to be collection day?
It is much easier, because the bin is empty. If yours is only half full we can still do it, but we would rather plan it for the morning after pickup.
Where does the dirty water go?
Away from the house and down the driveway, the same as washing a car. If you have a drain you would rather we used, point it out when we arrive.
Do you clean dumpsters or skips?
No. Wheelie bins only: trash, recycling and yard waste. A dumpster is a different job with different equipment.
