What we take on
Offices, suites and small commercial spaces on the south and west side of Houston: the kind of premises where the cleaning matters to the people who work there every day and to anybody who walks in. Desks and shared surfaces, the kitchen and its appliances, washrooms taken properly rather than topped up, hard floors and carpets vacuumed, glass and interior doors wiped clear.
We cover the same area as our residential work: Sugar Land, Pearland, Missouri City, Bellaire and the office parks along Beltway 8 and US 59, with the Galleria and inner loop when the schedule allows.
How commercial work is scoped
A commercial space is scoped on its size, its use and how often you want us, and confirmed in writing. Most clients settle on a recurring contract, but we will do a one-off clean if that is what you need. Describe the space on the quote form and we will come back in writing.
Out of hours
Most commercial cleaning happens early, late or at the weekend, which is how it should be. Nobody should have to work around a vacuum. Tell us when the building is empty and we will fit the schedule to it.

Questions about commercial cleaning
Do you require a contract?
For recurring commercial work, usually yes. It is what lets us commit the same crew to your building at the same time each week. A one-off clean needs no contract.
Are you insured?
Yes, and every cleaner is background-checked. We will provide the details before any work starts.
How small or large a space do you take on?
Ask. A single suite in an office park is a normal job for us. A large building with its own facilities team is more than a team of five takes on, and we will say so rather than overcommit.
Do you supply the consumables?
Cleaning supplies and equipment come with the crew. Paper towels, soap and bin liners for your washrooms and kitchen are usually stocked by you, unless we agree otherwise in the scope.
Can you work around our alarm and access?
Yes. Tell us how you would like us to get in and lock up, whether that is a code, a key or a keyholder, and we follow it exactly.
