What a recurring clean covers
This is the clean that keeps a Houston house guest-ready without you thinking about it, and it is the service most of our schedule is made of. Every visit runs the same checklist: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, the inside of the microwave and the outside of every appliance; bathrooms taken from the shower down to the fixtures; every room dusted from ceiling fans to window sills; every floor vacuumed and mopped; trash out, liners replaced, mirrors wiped clear.
Because it is the same list every time, the third clean is as thorough as the first. Nothing gets quietly dropped once a home is looking after itself.
How often is right for your house
Most families with children or pets land on every two weeks. A couple in a tidy home is usually happy every four. If you host often, or somebody in the house has allergies, weekly is worth it.
You are not locked in. Change the frequency, skip a visit while you are away, or stop altogether. We would rather you booked what you actually need than cancelled something that was too much.
Where we run recurring schedules
Sugar Land, Pearland and Missouri City have the most recurring slots and the most flexibility on days. Bellaire and the inner loop are close to our office on Almeda Rd. Katy, Cypress and League City run on set days, which suits a recurring booking better than a one-off.

Almost every recurring client starts with one Signature deep clean, then moves onto the schedule. That is not an upsell. A maintenance clean is designed to hold a standard, not to reach one, and starting from a properly reset house is what makes every visit afterwards quick and consistent.

Questions about recurring house cleaning
Do I have to be home?
No. Most of our recurring clients are at work when we come. Tell us how you would like us to get in and we will follow it exactly.
Will it be the same cleaners every time?
We keep the same people on the same homes wherever the schedule allows. It is faster for us and better for you. If somebody is off sick, whoever covers works from the same checklist.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we will move it. Skipping does not affect your place on the schedule.
Can you come in the evening or at the weekend?
Weekends, yes. The crew works Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm, and Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Our day finishes at 5pm on weekdays, so evening visits are not something we run. Say which day suits when you ask for a quote.
What if I need to change the day?
Tell us as early as you can and we will move it. Katy, Cypress and League City run on set days, so there is less room to shuffle there than in Sugar Land, Pearland or Missouri City.
Are pets a problem?
No. Tell us who lives in the house and where they will be while we work. If a dog is nervous around strangers, a closed room we can leave alone is the easiest arrangement.
