Included in every clean
The kitchen is part of every Refresh and Signature clean we do in Houston, not a separate purchase: counters and backsplash, the sink and its fixtures, the stovetop degreased, the inside of the microwave, the fronts of every appliance and cabinet, and the floor swept and mopped. The big open kitchens in the newer Bellaire and Sugar Land builds get the same list as a galley in the Heights.
The parts that are add-ons, and why
The inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge are add-ons. Not because we are reluctant, but because they each take real time, and most kitchens do not need them on every visit. Add them when they need doing, once or twice a year, rather than carrying them in every clean.
The same goes for the insides of cabinets and drawers, which are standard on a move-out clean and optional the rest of the time.
A deep clean of the kitchen
A Signature clean adds the range hood vents degreased, the tile and grout done, the baseboards hand-detailed and the walls spot-cleaned within reach. If one room in your house is going to justify a deep clean, this is usually it.

Questions about kitchen cleaning
Do you clean the inside of the oven?
Yes, as an add-on to any clean. It is included as standard on move-in and move-out cleans.
Do you wash dishes?
We can, as an add-on to any clean. Otherwise we work around what is in the sink rather than leaving the counter half done.
Do you clean inside the fridge?
As an add-on to any clean, and as standard on a move-out. Take out anything you would rather we did not handle and we will work around what is left.
Will you clean inside my cabinets and drawers?
On a move-in or move-out clean, yes, as standard. On any other clean it is optional. Tell us when you book and we will plan the time for it.
Can you use my own products on the counters?
Yes. If you have natural stone or a finish that wants a particular cleaner, leave it out with a note and we will use that and nothing else on it.
