Pearland is one of the three areas the business is built around, and it is the closest of them to our office on Almeda Rd: straight south on Highway 288, then east or west along FM 518. We cover both halves of the city, the 77584 side with Shadow Creek Ranch, Southern Trails and the Pearland Town Center area, and the 77581 side with Silverlake, Green Tee Terrace and the Old Townsite along Broadway.
A lot of what we clean here is newer construction, which sounds like it should be easier and is not. A new home in Shadow Creek Ranch carries construction dust in the vents and on the ledges for a good while after the keys change hands, so the first proper clean of one is a Signature deep clean rather than a Refresh. After that a recurring clean every two weeks holds it.
